Arise and Shine is an annual four day retreat designed for men and women in their 20s and 30s (married and single) to encourage Christian fellowship, growth, and training for Church of the Lutheran Confession (CLC) members in their 20's and 30's.

The retreat features sessions studying topics that Christian 20 and 30 year olds face today. These topics include resisting temptations of the world, God-given roles of men and women, friendships and marriage, and prioritizing our lives as Christians. The sessions are led by both CLC pastors and laymen.

The retreat is held at Cuivre River State Park, located about 45 miles northwest of St. Louis. We will be staying at Camp Sherwood Forest, a private group camp within the state park. Our camp features cabin-style accommodations, access to a lake, hiking trails, etc. There will be plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful state park as well as participate in social activities (games, volleyball, baseball, frisbee, washers, campfires and much more)
